Rent is $2100+half utilities, which includes internet and weekly maid service. The condo is centrally located in Orchard. It is next door to the grocery store. The NS (red) and TEL (brown) lines are only 10 minutes walk away. The bus stop is only 1 minute walk away. Tons of restaurants, bars, and shops are all within a very short walking distance. Botanic Gardens is only 15 minutes walk away. The condo has a fully equipped gym and lap pool with BBQ pit that can be reserved for parties. Working professionals only. No students.
