The NS (red) and TEL (brown) lines are only 10 minutes walk away. The bus stop is only 1 minute walk away. Tons of restaurants, bars, and shops are all within a very short walking distance. Botanic Gardens is only 15 minutes walk away. The condo has a fully equipped gym and lap pool with BBQ pit that can be reserved for parties. Working professionals only. No students.
