Bedsheets, blanket and blanket covers, pillows and pillowcases are provided. Rent includes cleaning chemicals and supplies, electricity, water and internet bills. There are shuttle buses (103, 860, 806 & 807) every 1 to 2 minutes between the block and Yishun MRT or Yishun Bus Terminal (Northpoint). There are 4 food courts, 2 supermarkets, shops and medical clinics within a 1 to 5 -minute walking distance.
