My place is a 4 room HDB flat on high floor and I am renting out the common room with bed, wardrobe, Aircon and wall fan. Light cooking and washing machine provided. Use of fridge and microwave okay. I have a small boy dog schnauzer who doesn't bite or jump on bed. Very friendly and toilet trained.
