Hello! We’re a friendly Chinese/Indian professional couple (Singaporeans) looking for a female roommate to join us in our cozy home in Central Toa Payoh. There is no landlord staying with us. Location: 4-Room HDB in Central Toa Payoh, Lorong 4 Just a 7-minute stroll to Toa Payoh MRT (North-South Line - 10 minutes to city centre). 14 minute walk to Caldecott MRT (Circle Line and Thomson-East Coast Line) Amenities: Local supermarket and a cozy coffee shop right below our block Fresh fruit stalls, cooked food, supermarkets, wet markets, bakeries, gyms, library, GP clinics etc. nearby. Pretty much whatever you might want. Housing Details: You’ll be sharing the space with us—a welcoming couple who values a clean and comfortable home. We keep things friendly and private, so no large group/male visitors or overnight stays, please. We do our best to keep the house clean; we’ll clean the common areas every two weeks (except shared bathroom, which we'll alternate cleaning with you) and run the robot vacuum daily for dust. We both work early, so we kindly ask for quiet after 10 PM. Got a pet? Great! We’re pet-friendly, just ensure they’re HDB-approved and well cared for to avoid any mess or damage. We both love animals. Common Facilities: Bathroom mostly to yourself (we have our own, but will sometimes also use yours in case ours is in use), living room (Netflix available), dining area, balcony for laundry, and kitchen. You’ll have dedicated shelving units in the fridge and cupboards. Light cooking is totally fine—just remember to clean up after yourself! Price: $1,200 per month, with utilities (wifi, air-con servicing etc) included; please be reasonable about usage. No vaping or smoking, please. Room Features: Your cozy room has a window overlooking the corridors. Neighbours are quiet. Furnished with a king-sized bed, day/night curtains, built-in wardrobes, and shelves for all your essentials. We’d love to find someone who fits in with our home and lifestyle.
