Spacious master room (about 200sq feet) available in a super central, cute walk up apartment. If you love vintage living this is the home for you! High ceilings and lots of natural light. It’s so close to everything you need- Watsons, NTUC, food stalls, restaurants, etc just 2 mins down the road. 7mins walk to Somerset MRT, 10mins to Dhoby Ghaut. Bear in mind it’s not renovated which is what gives it a lot of character and charm! But we have new air cons, fridge, washing machine, dryer, etc. Fortnightly cleaning of the common areas. Utilities to be shared among us but comes up to about $100 -$120 per person a month. You will be sharing the apartment with 2 Chinese (Singaporean and Malaysian) professional ladies only, so lots of privacy. Partially furnished with 2 single wardrobes, double bed/mattress, chair with some additional wall storage. The ensuite bathroom is tiny but fully functional. As it’s an old apartment you are free to decorate/paint the walls if you like as long as not damaged. As the current flatmate occupying the room is travelling till 8th January, viewings can only be arranged then. But please do get in touch earlier if you are interested! About the roomies: You will be sharing the apartment with 2 other Chinese (Singaporean and Malaysian) professional ladies only, so lots of privacy.
