Local working professional here - very friendly and chill. I’ve been renting for almost 8 years now, and have a lot of experience living in a shared space with people from many different backgrounds. Finally got my own place, and am looking for someone to occupy one of the common rooms. No weird rules - feel free to make yourself comfortable, and visitors are always welcome. Happy to chill and hang out, but also respectful of everyone’s personal space. Photos are just for reference - i’m doing some minor reno to the room! but the built-in wardrobe you see in the photos will stay. I’ve a cat and dog, so you’d have to love animals, and all I ask is that you clean up after yourself so we have a nice, clean and pleasant living environment! :)
