***ENGLISH ONLY*** We are looking for female tenant to rent a common room starting on the 1st of Sept 2024. The room rental is SGD 900. The location is at Lakeside area. Walkable distance to Lakeside mrt (10 - 15 mins walk). Near to hawker center and NTUC. There is also bus stop downstairs. PUB AND WIFI BILL NOT INCLUDED. Will be calculated separately and divided based on usage (approx. sgd70). Aircon maintenance fee every quarter also will be divided charged separately. The location is also near to Jurong Lake Gardens park (5 minutes away or so). No live in landlord. Only 3 persons (including yourself) will be sharing the whole house. All female environment. Only light cooking is allowed. No pets and no visitors. House rules will be discussed.
