I have a master room to rent with your private toilet with a single bed. You may use the kitchen as you like, as long as it is cleaned afterwards! The rent is inclusive of utilities **NO AGENT FEES** The condo is new, there are a lot of facilities that come with it. It has a shuttle bus to Hougang and Kovan MRT.
