Will be renting out 2 rooms in June as currently under renovation. My mum and I will be staying in masterbed room. 1. Fully furnished 2. With new aircon 3. Lightly cook allowed 4. With new super single bed As I just bought the flat, all electrical appliances will be new. So please help to take care of them nicely and aircon limited to 8 hours per day ( please reduce the usage if weather is cool) Thank you so much! Coffee shop just at neighbour block. Within 6 - 8 mins walk to Jurong point/ Boon Lay MRT. Jurong West library with 6 mins walking. Shengshiong and Boon lay shopping place also within walking distance.
