I have 1 bedroom to rent in my unit in Holland Village. The unit is newly renovated in 2020. We have local shops nearby Holland Village or Holland Drive. The Cold Storage and FairPrice is available 24/7 and it’s just a 3-5min walk. The room is furnished with a cabinet & bed. The bathroom has been divided into two (half toilet & half shower). Utilities and Wi-Fi included in rent. Your cut will be about SGD 1.5k per month (sorry, no negotiations). You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for a female tenant to stay for at least six months ( on a trial ), a non-smoker, and not too noisy. Do note that I have 2 kids & a helper that visit 1 weekend in a month.
