COMMON ROOM RENTAL (Prefer Females) Cozy common room to rent at Bangkit (Bukit Panjang). Directly opposite Bangkit LRT and 2 bus stops away (20+mins) from Stevens, straight bus to the Orchard, Somerset & Dhoby Ghaut!! You will be sharing the common bathroom with 2 other female housemates. Laundry dryer available too. Most of the furniture in the room will be removed. Will leave the queen bed + frame, wardrobe, a chair and table for you. Rent: $650 a month + $30-40 (biweekly cleaning service) excluding utilities. Utilities normally cost around ~$60- $70 per month depending on usage. Availability: 3rd Dec onwards. We are signing a 1-year lease so would prefer someone who will at least stay the year. Visitors allowed for partners occasionally. Prefer not too often as it is difficult to ans if there’s anything missing.
