common room for rent central ( negotiable ) we have 6 cats & they’re all super friendly & have their own room upstairs so don’t have to worry about being bothered looking for 1 pax, visitors allowed 10 minutes bus ride to orchard/ town area 5 minutes bus ride to novena mrt station multiple eateries nearby laundry & cooking can be done whenever but please be mindful of other tenants and clean up after yourself! free underground parking utilities are not included, will be split amongst six of us every month
