common room to rent out at $850. rental included wifi , utility , washing machine . no cooking is allowed only can cook instant noodle . current only me ( landlord ) stay master bedroom and 1 male tenant stay in 1 common room . so still have 1 more common room want to rent out . we are working adult and no kids in the unit . quite place and not messy .we are from chinese family , so prefer chinese tenant . no smoking too.
