It has an air-conditioner and fridge. The shared bathroom has hot water. It is shared by only 2 tenants. Tenants are allowed to have visitors . girlfriends or kinfolks. The tenants must clean their rooms and assist in cleaning the communal areas. There is a laundry machine, iron and ironing board for communal use. Bed linen, blanket and pillows are provided. Rent includes cleaning chemicals and supplies, electricity, water and internet bills. There are shuttle buses (103, 860, 806 & 807) every 2 minutes between the block and Yishun MRT or Yishun Bus Terminal (Northpoint). There are 4 food courts, 2 supermarkets Giant and FairPrice), shops and medical clinics within a 1 to 5-minute walking distance.
