If u dont like the current existing bed and u want me to throw away the current existing bed, and you prefer Queen bed or double bed, this can be done but only after security deposit plus 1st month rent plus Singapore $280 has already been paid by tenant and balance of cost of new bed will be paid by me , then i will go look for alternative bed that u prefer. Alternatively u can bring in your own type of bed that u like , and after u already paid the security deposit and first month of rent ,then i will throw away existing current bed and u dont need to pay that Singapore $280, but your new bed will stay in bedroom when u leave after end of the contract . All cooking utensils , eg air fryer and hot water dispenser and frying pan and can opener and knives and pots and pans,and spoons and forks and plates and cups and microwave oven and rice cooker and 3 gas stoves are provided ,but if u want to use your own kitchen items ,thats ok too. Hot water in toilet shower rooms. Bath tub in one toilet shower room . Total 2 toilet shower rooms for u to use. My younger sister will clean house and toilets and make sure the house is very very clean everyday. But u need to clean your own bedroom during the stay . Nice, easy going , kind, generous, considerate , friendly, patient house owner, and u can easily feel comfortable here, and u can come and go in and out of house any time u like . Your family members can come to visit u and see u when they come to Singapore. Your friends can come visit u during the stay (But not everyday ,and no overnight stays by your friends here.)
