Looking for another female tenant to share. Preferably Msian female. Currently one msian female tenant staying alone, working in F&B industry. Rental rates to be share by 2 pax $1200, each pax $600. Interested females can share the rental and will provide additional mattress and bed. Aircon for 8 hours at night time. Only light cooking allowed (Maggie Mee) Washing machine available. Location accessible to hawkers, supermarket , salon, park, bus stop to nearby station (Ang mo Kio, Bishan and Serangoon station )
