Aircon use limited to about 8 hours per day. No smoking, no cooking and no visitors. To share common toilet and to maintain cleanliness and hygiene of room and toilet, do aircon servicing once every 3 months, Landlord has 3 children, helper and another lady tenant ( room is lower level) Prefer female tenant eg working professionals or students.
