We are Malaysian couple, we have a common room to rent out. Our place is walkable distance from Boon lay mrt around 8 mins. Nearby have food court ,coffee shop, supermarket, library and polyclinic. Quiet environment, the rent include wifi, utility and aircon. Friendly owner ,do not have weird house rule. No cooking and no visitor allow. Prefer Malaysian or Indonesian.
