Looking for a single working professional, to rent our common room (air conditioned) at $950 per month. The condition is still quite new, less than 6 years. The location is convenient near Blk 85, Fengshan market, has many shops and coffeeshops too. We are OK with light cooking, we have a laundry washing machine, fridge, built in cupboard and wifi.
