The house is a classic bungalow, sized ~13,000 sq ft, and located nearby Tanah Merah MRT (Metro) station. Surrounding just 5 minutes’ walk away are some 24 hours eateries, 24 hrs super market and the train station. The house is separated into two different wings, with two separate outdoor kitchen and one indoor dry kitchen, equipped with kitchen utensils and facilities for guests use. Washers and dryer are also available for use without additional charges. Communal Al Fresco style dining areas are provided within the premise. Within the house, there are spacious front and back garden, designed to provide an open concept, back to nature style of living. In such a small country with proper planning and good development of transport infrastructure, moving around would be easy. From the house to the city, it will take approximately 30 mins train ride (depending on which stop you are alighting).
